Flower Girl Dresses, Adults Too?

I found this ladies dress online and I can't help but think it looks babyish. Or is it just because I knew the dress first for the flower girls? What do you think?

Forgot to tell you last month I saw something like them at Peebles in the women's dept.Girls yes,ladies no.Also, bought a pattern not that long ago for a top that has the hem made like that.Remind me and I'll show you.It actually is cute.

Definitely a "NO" for adults, in my opinion!! The idea for a top sounds much better than an entire dress, for sure...
